Hygiene Team Member (Nights)
Greenvale AP is one of the UK’s largest growers and packers of fresh potatoes, supplying some of the country’s largest retailers and processors from our 2 production facilities. Our Duns site, based in the Scottish Borders is looking for a nightshift Hygiene Team Member. This role includes ensuring that all site cleaning schedules, customer standards and audit standards are adhered to, including deep cleaning of machinery.
- Location: Duns
- Reporting to: Production Manager
- Salary: £12.72 per hour
- Hours of work: Monday-Wednesday 18:00-04:30hrs & Thursday 16:00-02:30hrs, Nights, Weekly, 2x 15 minutes paid breaks & 1x 30 minutes unpaid break
Main Responsibilities
- Ensuring cleaning schedules are adhered to in a timely manner
- Providing cover in the absence of other member of the Hygiene Team
- Using cleaning equipment e.g. mops/broom/buckets/cloths/chemicals
- Operating the Sweeper Machine
- Ensuring adherence to Company procedures, policies and guidelines
- Effectively communicating with all colleagues and management
- Maintaining accurate and up to date records

- Previous experience in a similar role
