Production Administrator
Greenvale AP is one of the UK’s largest growers and packers of fresh potatoes, supplying some of the country’s largest retailers and processors from our 2 production facilities. Our Floods Ferry site based in March, Cambridgeshire is looking for a Production Administrator for its Production Department. This role includes being the main point of contact for internal and external shift queries, communicating with the Planning and Production teams, liaising with Labour Providers and raising purchase orders.

- Reporting to: Shift Manager
- Salary: £14.12 per hour
- Hours of work: 4 on 4 off, 06:00-18:00hrs, 2x 15 minutes paid break & 1x 30 minutes unpaid break
Main Responsibilities:
- Creating and maintaining fire sheets for the Production department
- Ensuring Production performance data and reports are up to date and accurate
- Liaising with Labour Providers to provide correct staffing requirements against forecasts
- Using Microsoft Navision to raise purchase orders
- Managing the holiday booking system for all site hourly paid staff
- Ensuring staff adhere to the 60 hour working regulations, raising any potential concerns
- Using Crown Time & Attendance system to check departmental clocking's, resolving any issues that arise
- Being the main point of contact for internal and external shift queries
Key Attributes:
- The ideal candidate will have experience working within a similar role in a manufacturing environment
- Excellent communication and organisation skills

- Proficient with computers and Microsoft Office e.g. Word/Outlook/Excel
